| The Kwikprint machine can produce a maximum of ¼ ton of print pressure. It takes 1 ton of pressure per 1 square inch of print area. The ¼ ton can print up to ¼ square inch of print area. The print area is the actual area that comes into contact with the part to be printed. If the print area exceeds the print pressure, the resulting print quality will be poor. Increasing the print temperature or print time will not correct this issue. Pulling the print handle harder may help, but it could damage your machine. |
